2024 The South Australian Barrel Horse Association Inc will be holding their Annual General Meeting on: Saturday 28th September 2024 @ 12pm (after guest speaker) at the SABHA Grounds, 97 Clifford Road, Hillier SA . This year has been a big year for the Club and we would love to share our news and our new grounds with our members. The more support as a committee we have, the greater the club can be! The meeting will start in a scheduled break at our event (Approximately 12pm). All financial members are invited to attend the meeting and support the club. All Office Bearer positions and all general committee positions will be available. As per our constitution, the President & Treasurer terms are open this year. Our Vice President role was fulfilled internally due to a resignation in 2024 and the position is open for endorsement or failing this, will be declared open. The secretary role was taken on in 2023 for a 12 month term only. This role is to be fulfilled for a 12 month term to realign with our constitution terms.  Our team is dedicated and works hard behind the scenes. Committee commitment and volunteers are very important to SABHA and we encourage new people to come onto the committee to help, so that we can continue to provide an environment that supports everyone. SABHA has run for 25 years in 2024 and we want to be a part of the next 25 years in South Australia. If you are unable to attend but are interested in holding a committee position please put in writing to the Secretary an email stating that if elected that you accept a position on the committee. You can also place a proxy vote for a member that will be attending on the day via the proxy form below. The South Australian Barrel Horse Association will be holding the Annual General Meeting on Sunday 9th of October at Adelaide Plains Equestrian Club grounds. The meeting will start in a scheduled break at our event (Approximately 12pm). All financial members are invited to attend the meeting and support the club. There are office bearer positions and general committee positions available. The club relies on volunteers to keep going, if you are interested in getting involved please come along and hear what you can do! If you are unable to attend you may still commit to a committee position by putting it in writing and sending it through to our email that if elected that you accept a position on the committee.You can also put in a proxy vote to a member that will be attending on the day. .
