- AKAS EQUESTRIAN'S HOUSE KEEPING RULES -

• Do not use or enter any of the paddocks/yards or areas sectioned off, unless given permission by AKAS staff.
• There is no smoking near the agisted horses, communal areas or inside any buildings and if you do smoke please do not leave your butts on the ground.
• No rider can be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and no alcohol or drugs are to be consumed whilst riding on the property.
• Dogs are allowed, but must remain on a leash and not allowed to roam free, and or go into any other area except camping and general public standing areas.
• All rubbish to be placed in the bins provided or is to be taken home with you.
• Any and all animals on the property of AKAS Equestrian is to be treated kindly and appropriately. If AKAS staff deem any dangerous or unkind behaviour occurs, you can and will be asked to leave.
• Please respect all property of AKAS Equestrian and leave all areas used in the same condition as you have found them.
• Ensure that areas are cleaned of Manure - there are wheelbarrows for use and a manure pit or alternatively, bring your own bag to take it with you. Do not leave waste in or around floats, round yard, yards or arena.  Failure to do so may incur a fine.
• Toilets and portaloos available please be respectful and leave areas tidy.

ARRIVAL - CAR/FLOAT PARKING

• Gates will be unlocked and open at 6:30am each day, and locked again at 7:00pm. If you are arriving the day before the event please book this in, in advance with the committee or direct with Kelly Lillecrap (details below).
• Please park on the grass area to the right of the round yard. If needed, there will be an overflow carpark opened into the big paddock. (AKAS to arrange).
